-客户收到產品後請儘快檢查其品質,如發現瓶身、配件出現破損、產品氣味及狀態出現異常,會對操作或使用體驗構成影響,請即與我們聯絡,如符合要求,客户可於五天內攜同產品到陳列室或指定地鐵站進行產品更換。
-Customers should check the quality of the product as soon as possible after receiving it, if the bottle or accessories are found to be damaged, the smell and condition of the product are abnormal, which will affect the operation or user experience, please contact us immediately, if the requirements are met, the customer can bring the product to the showroom or designated MTR station for product exchange within 5 days.

-如客戶因私人理由:如對已購買之產品氣味不喜愛、不合適使用、錯選產品之類,本店均不作任何產品更換或退款。
